Payroll Services
We run a comprehensive Payroll service, processing your timesheets or salaries, and producing payslips which we can email directly to your employees or to you as a PDF file. We also email you an employer’s summary of each payroll run, as well as a weekly, monthly or quarterly payslip to pay HMRC. All you have to do is make the payments to your employees and HMRC. We can also manage holiday entitlement, mileage claims and P11ds along with CIS payroll.
For the smaller employer, our charges can be less than buying a commercial payroll software package. With the introduction of auto-enrolment pension schemes and all the documentation that goes with them, our services become very cost effective.
For larger employers, who do not have their own HR department, we can provide this service through one of our associates, maintaining al the systems to make it work. So, don’t struggle on and get caught with unfair dismissal or constructive dismissal claims; get us and our associate to be your complete Payroll and HR department.
Auto Enrolment
We can complete the declaration to the Pensions regulator upon starting a payroll. We will also assess your employees to determine which category they fall into (eligible, non-eligible or entitled) and produce the required letters to send to employees for them to either opt in or opt out. We will then submit the weekly/monthly contributions to the Pension Provider.
